- Return Policy
If you decide to return a stock item within 10 days of delivery, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return it as well as a 20% restocking fee. All return shipments must be pre-arranged by contacting us for a return authorization number. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call (954) 255-1900. There are no returns or exchanges after 10 days. Once you receive a return authorization number, please clearly mark that number on the outside of the box for ID purposes. We will only accept returns that are shipped to us within 10 days of requesting a return authorization number. Items being returned will only be accepted if they are in new, unused condition.
Custom Products and Non Stock Items are not Cancellable or Returnable
Custom products are products that are made using your custom artwork. Non stock items are items that you have ordered that we do not normally stock. This merchandise is ordered and manufactured specifically for you and is not cancellable or returnable.
Refunds will be issued only after returned items are inspected and cleared. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase. All other refunds will be issued in the form of a check.
