Return Policy

Stock Items
If you decide to return a stock item within 14 days of delivery, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return it as well as a 20% restocking fee.  All return shipments must be pre-arranged by contacting us for a return authorization number.  Please email us at or call (954) 255-1900.  There are no returns or exchanges after 14 days.  Once you receive a return authorization number, please clearly mark that number on the outside of the box for ID purposes.  We will only accept returns that are shipped to us within 10 days of requesting a return authorization number.  Items being returned will only be accepted if they are in a new, unused condition.
Custom Products and Non Stock Items may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
Custom products are products that are made to order based on your order specifications. Non stock items are items that you have ordered that we do not normally stock.  This merchandise is ordered and manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
If your product is deemed defective or you have received incorrect items, Menu Cover Central, at our discretion, will repair or replace the items.  Please notify us within 14 days of delivery of any issues with your order.
Refunds will be issued only after returned items are received, inspected and cleared.  Credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase.  All other refunds will be issued in the form of a check.
