Shipping
Most orders are delivered via UPS Ground Service. Sometimes we also use FedEx for ground deliveries. If you require an expedited delivery, please contact us for rates and availability. Customers may provide your own UPS or FedEx account numbers if that is preferable. Priority ship dates may be available for customized orders. Please contact us for details.
Damaged Items
For items that are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground:
When your order is delivered, please sign and open merchandise IMMEDIATELY. If you sign for a package without any further written comment, you are accepting that the merchandise arrived in good condition. Sometimes boxes are left outside on your doorstep. If any items are damaged once opened and inspected, please contact menucovercentral.com as soon as possible.
Production Lead Times
Most stock items will ship in approximately 2-4 business days. Sewn menu covers will ship in approximately 10-14 business days. Most other custom and special order items will ship in approximately 4 - 4 1/2 weeks. Occasionally, materials are out of stock and will require additional time before they are available for production. Our production schedule varies based on the time of year and current amount of orders in our factory.
If you have a deadline, please tell us. We have rush options on some items. Please note the deadline in the notes section of the shopping cart when checking out or call us to discuss.
Menucovercentral.com is not responsible for any shipping and/or delivery delays and prices will not be discounted if items are delayed or backordered. All orders are shipped complete. Chargeable expedited shipping is also available if needed.
