How To Order
Order online or call us at 855-255-1900.
We will need:
1. Selected menu cover type and material.
2. Menu cover layout and menu insert size.
3. Material color, selected options and quantities.
Please note: all of our products offer automatic additional discounts based on quantities ordered. See individual products for discount amounts.
If this is your first order and we are customizing your menu covers with your logo or artwork, please be sure to include a Custom Artwork Set Up Charge in your cart.
When you have completed your shopping, please proceed to checkout to place your order. After we receive your order, we will send an email confirmation to the email address that you provided during checkout.
What Else Do I Have To Do?
If you have ordered menu covers without custom artwork, you are done! We will let you know when you order ships!
If you are using custom artwork, you will need to send us your logo or artwork via email or regular mail.
Artwork Requirements for Foil Stamping
Please e-mail your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK link at the bottom of the page, in one of the following formats: EPS, PDF, JPG, PSD, TIF, AI. Artwork should be black-and-white, 300 DPI at full size, 5 PT minimum on fine lines, 12 PT minimum on lettering.
If you are not sure about your logo or artwork, send it to us and we will let you know if it is usable or not. Faxed copies are not acceptable quality. If you cannot email your artwork, you can mail it to us at the address listed below. Please send a clean printout.

Once we receive your artwork, a full color PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval. This email will show you each menu cover size/color and size/color/location of your artwork on the menu cover. We will use this proof for production of your menu cover so please check it carefully to ensure you will receive exactly what you ordered. Please review your proof and respond to the proof email with your approval or if you need any changes, please tell us and we will send a second proof with your changes for approval. Please note that we are not able to start production of your order until your proof approval is received.
When Will I Get My New Menu Covers?
Our production schedule runs approximately three-four weeks from proof approval. When you order ships, you will receive an email letting you know with tracking information included. All orders ship via UPS Ground unless an expedited option is selected during checkout.
